Location was great, easy access to the mall & Nelson Mandela Square. Breakfast was ok, each morning that we had breakfast there was some food item that was not available. It would have been nice if staff told us upfront what was not available so we knew what not to order.

Big thumbs up to Lerato Nakana at reception. We forgot some stuff in the apartment and she went out of her way to assist. Great customer service from her !

The location was excellent, with easy access to the Shopping Mall and Mandela Square restaurants Breakfast was great, no limit on the amount taken Room was spacious and with a small balcony area to give fresh air

Our cleaner Monokane (spelling maybe incorrect) was exceptional and a real asset to your team. Please reward her well; we had two other cleaners during our stay and they were a much lower standard. Love suite Great breakfasts Friendly staff Brilliant location

The property is next to the mall. It is easy to walk to the shopping area and return with your trolly all the way back to your room. The spa is amazing.

The apartment was a home far from home. The staff allowed us to host a limited number of our family members and were very accommodative, respectful, and helpful.

The staff was very accommodating. I arrived abit early and expected for staff to charge for early check in. The lady at reception just asked her crew whether a room was available at 11am and I checked in. Professional.
